Beverly relocated from the Washington DC metro area to Versailles, KY in 2015 and immediately fell in love with Kentucky. Having known nothing about bourbon prior to the move, she became fascinated by bourbon history and how it told an important (and highly drinkable) story in American history. Considering herself highly educated in bourbon, Beverly is an Executive Bourbon Steward through Stave & Thief Society and has taken numerous bourbon courses. She has served as a tour guide at Buffalo Trace, Castle & Key, and Wild Turkey. Due to the resurgence of wineries in Kentucky, Beverly is now studying to become a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Beverly loves to show off Kentucky to visitors and works hard to continue learning so she can provide an exceptional experience to all. She welcomes games of “stump the chump.”

Rebecca Buskirk spent 24 years in the restaurant industry—the last 5 years being in bourbon and whiskey bars. After spending time with these beautiful, amber spirits, Rebecca recognized her passion was with bourbon and sharing the experiences both inside and behind the bottles with people. After thoroughly educating herself on the industry and achieving Executive Bourbon Steward certification, Rebecca realized there was a gap in the market—visitors wanted more customized, intimate, and educational experiences. Rolling Barrel Tours was born.
Rebecca lives with her husband, Mark, four daughters, dog, and cat. In her spare time, you can find her traveling to bourbon and whiskey destinations and events. Also, a foodie, there is a very good chance you will also find her in a restaurant.
